About me
Dr. Paul Brown is a fellowship-trained orthopedic surgeon with Atlantic Medical Group Orthopedics at Clark. Depending on each patient’s needs, Dr. Brown offers both surgical and nonsurgical solutions for a wide range of musculoskeletal injuries of the hip, knee, ankle, shoulder and elbow. He is a specialist in minimally invasive arthroscopic and reconstructive techniques, which minimize scarring and improve recovery and outcomes.
Dr. Brown earned his medical degree from Rowan University School of Osteopathic Medicine. He completed his residency in orthopedic surgery at the Northwell Health-Zucker School of Medicine at Hofstra University in Long Island, where he served as chief resident and as a teaching associate. Dr Brown then completed his orthopedic sports medicine fellowship at the nationally recognized Hoag Orthopedic Institute in Irvine, CA.
Experienced in caring for athletes at all levels of sport, Dr. Brown has participated in the care of several professional and college teams across the country, including the Los Angeles Chargers, the New York Lizards and the University of California at Irvine. - 5.0Mar 23, 2025Over the past year Dr. Brown has administered cortisone injections into my knees. This March 4 visit was the third in a series of receiving gel shots. Dr. Brown made this recommendation with full explanation and the understanding that results can vary. Dr.B is thorough and thoughtful & has my complete confidence.

- 5.0Mar 17, 2025Dr. Brown really listened to what I have been experiencing instead of going into the appt with a preconceived notion and trying to convince me. He was very helpful, kind, and understanding. He went through my scans with me to show me exactly what was happening inside my knee.
